摘要
研究了 1 1种微藻在可比较的条件下 ,其生物量、总脂含量和多不饱和脂肪酸 (EPA/DHA)的组成。结果表明 :卡德藻 (Tetraselmissp .)的生物量最大 ,细胞干重可达 0 .1 40 g/(L·d) ;南极冰藻 (Berkeleyarutilans)次之 ,可达 0 .0 74g/(L·d)。以叉鞭金藻 ( Dicrateriainornata)和球等鞭金藻 (Isochrysisgalbana)的总酯含量最高 ,分别占细胞干重的 1 3.1 %和1 2 .1 %。在绿色巴夫藻 (Pavlovaviridis)中 ,EPA和DHA分别占总脂肪酸 (TFA)的 2 5%和6% ;小球藻 (Chlorellasp .)的EPA含量为 2 8% ;南极冰藻的EPA含量为 1 9%。
The biomass, total lipids and EPA/DHA contents of 11 species of microalgae cultured under comparable conditions were studied. The results showed that Tetraselmis sp. grew more quickly than other microalgae, the growth rate attaining 0.140g/(L·d). Dicrateria inornate and Isochrysis galbana had higher total lipid contents amounting to 13.1% and 12.1% of dry cell weight, respectively than other microalgae. Of the total fatty acids, Pavlova viridis had 25% EPA and 6%DHA. Chlorella sp. had 28% EPA and Berkeleya rutilans , 19% EPA.
