摘要
用普通陶瓷工艺制备了BaAlxFe12- xO19铁氧体,研究了比饱和磁化强度、居里温度、介电损耗和磁晶各向异性同铝含量的关系。
The BaAl x Fe 12-x O 19 ferrites have been prepared by standard ceramic techniques. The changes of specific saturation magnetization,Curie temperature,dielectric loss and magnetocrystalline anisotropy with aluminium content were studied, and cation ion sites were discussed.
