摘要
对稀土材料微波吸收剂的制备方法和吸波特性进行了研究 ,并对用行星球磨机研磨含有过量α- Fe的 Nd2 Fe14 B而制得的纳米材料 ,以废旧 Nd2 Fe14 B为主再渗杂锂、钛、锌后得到的吸波材料及锂锌铁氧体微粉的吸波特征进行了对比。实验结果表明 :由含有过量 α- Fe的Nd2 Fe14 B经球磨后制得的纳米材料具有显著的吸波性能 ,在匹配厚度其吸收峰值最高达到37d B以上 。
In this paper,the preparation methods of microwave absorbing rare earth materials and their absorption properties have been studied. Comparison of absorption properties are made between nanocrystalline materials prepared by planetery ball milling of Nd 2Fe 14 B with excess α Fe, waste Nd 2Fe 14 B mixed with Li,Ti,Zn and LiTiZn ferrite . The results show that nanocrystalline materials prepared by planetery ball milling of Nd 2Fe 14 B with excess α Fe exhibit remarkable absorbing properties and the maximum of absorption quantity of this material can reach 37.4dB at matching thickness,which proves to be prospective for development.
