摘要
普罗托品为一种异喹啉类生物碱,药用价值大,可从多种天然植物中提取得到,具有多方面的生理活性,主要有对血小板、平滑肌的作用,抗心律失常,抗疟疾作用,镇痛作用以及对肝损伤的保护作用。近年来,普罗托品在心血管方面得到进一步应用,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。现结合国内外相关文献,对近几年来普罗托品的主要来源及其药理作用进行概述,为更好地利用和研究普罗托品提供依据。
Protopine, a kind of isoquinoline alkaloids, which can be extracted from various natural plants, has great medicinal value, and a wide range of physiological activity mainly including function on platelets, smooth muscle, antiarrhythmic, antimalarial, and analgesic effect and protective effect on liver injury. In recent years, protopine is further applied in the cardiovascular and has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad. Here is to make a review on the pharmacological effects and the main sources of protopine based on the relative literatures, in order to supply reference for making better use and research of protopine.
