摘要
目的观察角茴香醇提物的抗炎作用。方法采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿法、大鼠足跖肿胀法观察角茴香醇提物的抗炎作用。结果角茴香醇提物能明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成,1g.kg-1、2g.kg-1、4g.kg-1三个剂量组与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。角茴香醇提物对角叉菜胶致大鼠的足跖肿胀具有显著的抑制作用,2g.kg-1、4g.kg-1两个剂量组在致炎后1、2、3、4 h所测结果与对照组比较差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论角茴香醇具有抗炎作用。*
Objective To study the effects of anti - inflammatory of hypecoumrectum alcohol extract. Methods The anti - inflammatory effects of hypecoumrectum alcohol extract was observed by using the method of rat granulation and feet swelling. Results The hypecoumrectum alcohol extract inhibited the development of the the rat granulation obviously in a dose of 1gokg ^- 1,2gokg ^- 1,4gokg^- 1 （ p 〈 0.01 , vs control）. The hypecoumrectum alcohol extract inhibited the development of the feet swelling in a dose of 2gokg^-1, 4gokg^-1, （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01, vs control）. Conclusion The hypecoumrectum alcohol extract has anti - inflammation effects.
