摘要
人类浆液中存在着两种产生活性氧簇(ROS)的来源:精子和白细胞。正常环境下ROS和抗氧化剂处于平衡状态,然而,一些内在或者外在的因素刺激ROS产物增加或者抗氧化剂的保护作用降低打破了这种平衡,这种状态叫氧化应激。这种不平衡造成了精子的损害、畸形,以致引起男性的不育。现就ROS产物的病理生理机制及与男性生殖系统间的关系予以综述。
The two main sources of the productions of reactive oxygen species (ROS)are leukocytes and spermatozoa. The spermatozoa environment between ROS and antioxidants is balanced. However, some endo genous and exogenous factors break the balance by stimulating the productions of ROS and/or decreasing the protecting actions of the antioxidant, which is called oxidative stress. The imbalance results in damage to spermatozoa, abnormal spermatozoa and male infertility lastly. Here is to make a review on the mechanism of production and the pathophysiology of ROS and its correlation with the male infertility.
