肾小球内源性抗氧化酶在阿霉素肾病机理中的作用

Role of Endogeneous Glomerular Antioxidant Enzymes inPathogenesis of Adriamycin-induced Nephropathy

摘要 为探讨阿霉素肾病的发病机理,本文研究了阿霉素肾病(AN)大鼠肾小球内源性抗氧化酶(AOE)活性及其与肾小球损害的关系,发现AN大鼠肾小球内源性AOE活性明显低于正常大鼠(P<0.01),而肾小球脂质过氧化水平明显高于正常大鼠。作者认为。 n order to investigate the pathogenesis of adriamycin-induced nephropathy(AN), endogeneous glomerular antioxidant enzymes(AOE) in AN rats and their relation to glomerular injury were studied. It was demonstrated that glomerular AOE activities are signficantly suppressed and the level of glomerular lipid peroxidation is significantly higher in AN rats than in normal group(P<001). Our data suggest that one of the mechanisms of AN may be channeled through the increased production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and/or inactivation of endogeneous AOE.
