人肺癌细胞转染野生型P^(53)基因对生长的影响 被引量:3

STUDY ON EFFECT OF TRANSFECTION WITH WILD TYPE P^(53) GENE ON GROWTH OF LUNG CARCINOMA CELLS

摘要 研究转染野生型 P5 3基因对人肺癌细胞的生长影响作用。方法 :将带有野生型 P5 3基因的 p CEP4质粒 ,通过 L ipo-fectin转染肺癌细胞 ,用四甲基偶氮唑 (MTT)法观察细胞的生长情况。结果 :转染野生型 P5 3 基因 ,可使肺腺癌、肺鳞癌和小细胞肺癌细胞的生长明显受到抑制。结论 :野生型 P5 3基因有效抑制肺癌细胞的生长 ,可作为肺癌基因治疗的一种手段。 Objective:To observe the effecti on the growth of lung carcinoma cells by transfection with wild type P 53 (wt-P 53 )gene on growth Methods:The lung carcinoma cells were transfected by the Plasmids pCEP4 recombined with wild type P 53 gene at lipofectin mediated The growing tests of the lung carcinoma cells were studied by monotetrazolium(MTT) analysis Results:The growth of the lung adenocarcinoma cells,lung squamous cell carcinoma cells as well as small cell lung carcinoma cells were observably suppressed after transfection with the wt-P 53 gene Conclusion:The wt P 53 gene effectively suppressed the growth of lung carcinoma cells,and this is a way for the gene therapy of lung carcinoma
