摘要
吸水膨胀类堵漏材料是近年来逐渐发展起来的一种有效堵漏材料。室内实验分别考察了温度,压力、矿化度、pH值对室内合成的一种膨胀类堵漏材料性能的影响规律。结果表明:温度对堵漏材料膨胀性能影响较为明显,随温度的增大,膨胀倍数随之增大;压力、pH值和溶液矿化度对其膨胀性能影响不明显。最后根据影响规律,结合热力学知识、平衡理论、界面张力知识及其他相关理论对膨胀类堵漏材料的作用机理进行了分析。
The water-absorption swelling LCM is a kind of effective LCM that is gradually developed in recent years. Inthis paper, the synthesis conditions of temperature pressure salinity and pH value are evaluated and the experimental resultsshow that the swelling volume increases with higher temperature and pressure, and the pH value and salinity have littleeffect on swelling capability. Moreover, the active mechanism of this kind of LCM is analyzed based on thermodynamics,equilibrium theory and knowledge of boundary tension.
