摘要
合理的教师流动制度有利于均衡有效地配置师资、调动教师的工作积极性并促进社会公平的实现。本文以法国为案例解析法国中小学师资的分配模式、流动制度及其改革的趋势,以期为我国教师流动制度的建设提供有益的经验和启示。
Reasonable teacher mobility system is conducive to balance the allocation of teaching resource and effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, and thus promote the realization of social equity. This paper approaches the primary and secondary teachers mobility system by analyzing and introducing the law ,system rules, system development history, status and issues, with an expectation to provide reference to balanced devel- opment of education in China.
