摘要
研究了不同浓度蔗糖与钾肥协同作用及植物生长调节剂对吊瓜试管微型块根膨大的影响。研究结果表明,当培养基中蔗糖浓度为50 g/L和80 g/L,钾肥浓度为4 g/L时,吊瓜试管微型块根膨大效果最好。在此基础上,研究不同植物生长调节剂对块根膨大的影响,发现低浓度BA促进块根的膨大,高浓度BA反而抑制块根的形成,而适量的ABA(2 mg/L)亦能促进吊瓜块根的形成。
In this paper, we studied the effects of culture mediums with different combined concentrations of sucrose and potassium, and different kinds of plant growth regulators on the tuberous roots formation in Trichosanthes kirilowii. The results showed that, the two treatments possessed the highest tuberous root weight and induction rate with the sucrose concentrations of 50 g/L or 80 g/L and potassium concentration of 4 g/L. And the growth of tuberous roots was inhibited when the concentration of BA was higher than 0.1 mg/L, and the formation of tuberous roots were greatly improved when the ABA concentration was 2 mg/L.
