摘要
水力射流泵能够适用于各种地层和管柱,射流泵主要由喷嘴、喉管及扩散管组成,能够配置不同的组件以适应生产要求和井下环境。水力射流泵是利用射流原理将注入井内的高压动力液的能量传递给井下油层产出液的无杆水力采油设备,没有运动部件,结构紧凑,泵排量范围大,在日常生产中维护、测试、调参简单,免修期较长,对定向井、水平井和海上丛式井的举升有良好的适应性。埕岛油田埕岛西合作区海上中心平台采用14口射流泵生产获得成功,具有较好的应用前景。
Jet pumps can he suitable to use in a wide variety of bottomhole cavities and downhole tools. The actual working components of the jet pump are nozzle, throat and diffuser. These components are assembled in a variety of configurations and materials to meet the production requirements and suit the downhole environment. According to the jetting principle, jet pump can transfer the energy of high pressure power fluid in injection well to the rodless pumping unit. The structure of pump is small and has no moving parts. The delivery capacity range is big. It is easy to maintain, test and change the configurations. The period of free workover is longer than the other recovery methods. Now jet pump is successfully applied in orientation wells, horizontal wells and offshore cluster well, which has prospects of appliction.
