摘要
成人高等教育的学时较少,按照传统模式组织药理学教学无法满足培养人才的需要,因此必须进行教学改革.在成人教育药理学教学中采取基于问题的学习模式,发现该模式具有极大的优势,可充分利用成人学生已经掌握的药理学理论和实践知识,提高他们的学习兴趣,进一步培养其自学能力.对成人高等教育学生毕业后更好的从事临床及相关工作提供良好的基础.
The traditional teaching model can't satisfy the need of the adult personnel training because it seriously lacks teaching time in the adult higher education, so the teaching reform must be implemented. It is found that the problem-based learning has great advantages in pharmacology teaching, because it can make full use of the adult students ' acquired knowledge of pharmacology and their practical experience, raise their interest in learning, develop their self-learning ability, and enhance their problem-solving skills.
