摘要 通过分子育种方法可以改善猪肉质性状。作者介绍了评价猪肉质性状的指标,分子育种方法的内容和特点,综述了应用分子育种方法改善猪肉质性状的研究进展、存在问题,并对其进行了展望。 Molecular breeding approaches in pig could improve meat quality. This article mainly summarized the index of pig meat quality, contents and characteristics of molecular breeding approaches, research progress of molecular breeding in pig meat quality, existing problems and the prospects.
