摘要
目的 本文旨在研究不同品系杜洛克作为杜×(长×大)三元杂交组合中终端父本,其后代商品猪育肥性能的差异。方法 分别选取由美系、加系和美加合成系杜洛克公猪与长大二元母猪配种产生的后代三元商品猪各40头,开展饲养试验,记录日增重、日采食量;结束饲养后开展屠宰试验,测定背膘厚、肋骨数、胴体重。结果 美系后代商品猪的日增重显著低于加系后代商品猪和美加合成系后代商品猪(P<0.05);美系后代商品猪的平均日采食量显著低于加系后代商品猪(P<0.05),与美加合成系后代商品猪差异不显著(P>0.05);美加合成系后代商品猪的平均料重比显著低于美系后代商品猪(P<0.05),美加合成系后代商品猪的平均料重比低于加系后代商品猪且差异趋近于显著(P=0.052);各组的背膘厚差异不显著(P>0.05);美系后代商品猪的肋骨数显著高于加系后代商品猪和美加合成系后代商品猪(P<0.05);美系后代商品猪的胴体重显著低于加系后代商品猪(P<0.05),与美加合成系后代商品猪差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 本试验条件下,加系和美加合成系后代商品猪的生长速度优于美系的后代商品猪,美加合成系后代商品猪的饲料利用率优于美系和加系的后代商品猪。
Objective This experiment was conducted to study the difference in the fattening performance of Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire hybrid commercial pigs originated from different Duroc strains as terminal male parent. Methods Forty commercial pigs from in this study, Landrace × Yorkshire sows were used to mate with American Duroc boars, Canadian Duroc boars and American-Canadian synthetic boars to produce Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire hybrid commercial pigs, and 40 commercial pigs of each group were selected for experiment. Daily gain and daily feed intake were recorded., and then slaughter test was carried out to determine backfat thickness, rib number and carcass weight. Results The results showed that the daily gain of American offspring was significantly lower than that of Canadian offspring and American-Canadian synthetic offspring(P<0.05). The average daily feed intake of American offspring was significantly lower than that of Canadian offspring(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between American-Canadian synthetic offspring and American offspring(P>0.05). The average ratio of feed to gain(AFG) of American-Canadian hybrid offspring was significantly lower than that of American offspring(P<0.05), and was lower than that of Canadian offspring and the difference was nearly significant(P=0.052). There was no significant difference in backfat thickness among groups(P>0.05). The number of ribs of American offspring was significantly higher than that of Canadian and American-Canadian synthetic offspring(P<0.05). Carcass weight of American offspring was significantly lower than that of Canadian offspring(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference with American-Canadian synthetic offspring(P>0.05). Conclusion The results indicate that under the conditions of this experiment, the growth rate of commercial pigs of Canadian line and American-Canadian synthetic lines is better than that of American line, and the feed utilization rate of commercial pigs of American-Canadian synthetic lines is better than that of American line and Canadian line.
