摘要
为研究慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者血液透析 (HD)过程中血小板神经肽Y(NPY)与神经降压素 (NT)的含量变化及其作用机制。从患者血浆中分离出血小板 ,采用放射免疫分析法 ,对血小板提取液和血浆中NPY与NT含量进行HD前后的动态观察。结果显示 :提取的血小板液中NPY与NT含量分别为 58.18± 2 1.2 9ng/ 10 9血小板和 2 5.38± 13.6 3ng/ 10 9血小板。与对照组比较 ,HD患者血小板提取液中NPY含量明显降低 ,血浆中NPY含量则明显增高 ,而血小板提取液与血浆中NT均显著高于对照组 ;HD后血小板NPY与血浆NT均明显增高 ,血小板中NT与血浆NPY明显降低 ,且NPY与NT之间明显相关。提示 :在CRF病理过程中 ,由血小板释放的NPY和NT与 5-羟色胺等生物活性物质共同参与了以缩血管效应为主的病理反应 ,是造成肾性高血压和肾血管痉挛的重要病理因素之一。
The article is to study the changes of content of neuropeptide Y(NPY) and neurotensin (NT) in the platelet of the chronic renal failure (CRF) patients during hemodialysis (HD) and the mechanism of action. Platelet was separated from the patients plasma and the contents of NPY and NT in the platelet and the plasma were dynamicly observed at pre-and post-hemodialysis. The 30 normal people were chosen as control. The contents of NPY and NT in the platelet extract were 58.19±21.29ng/10 9, 25.38±13.43ng/10 9,respectively. The NPY content in the platelet extract of the CRF patients decreased significantly and the NT content in the plasma was higher than that in the control group. The NPY content in the platelet extract and the NT content in the plasma increased significantly as post-HD was compared with pre-HD, but the NT content in the platelet extract and the NPY content in the plasma decreased significantly.There was an obvious correlation between NPY and NT. During the period of CRF pathology, the pathology reaction that is mainly a vasoconstrictive effect is caused by the bio-active substances such as NPY, NT,5-hydroxytryptamine etc. released by the platelet. The reaction is one of the important factors to induce the renal hypertension and renal vasospasm.
