摘要
"农校对接"模式要求建立可追溯源头的食品安全保障体系,更好地保障食品安全,并以食堂的实际需求量来拉动农产品的需求,这种拉动式的方式将进一步促进订单式的管理。文中基于绿色供应链管理的四个环节对食堂开展"农校对接"模式进行了进一步的优化,不仅减少了农产品流通的中间环节,在较大程度上降低学生食堂的物流成本,并且很好地解决了剩菜剩饭的回收利用,使的整个食堂的效益最大化。这种新的管理模式创造了食堂与农户的"双赢"局面。
