摘要
为了使逆向物流受到企业的重视,促进逆向物流的发展,需分析逆向物流的外部环境,故采用PEST模型从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面分析实施逆向物流的总体环境:社会环保意识的提高和政府部门环境执法力度的进一步加大;经济保持较平稳发展的情况下,逆向物流的机会与挑战并存;在大力提倡循环经济的今天,逆向物流的出现可以弥补正向物流单向运作模式的缺陷;创新环保新技术、集中式回收处理中心的建立、信息技术及完善的信息系统为企业实施逆向物流提供了保证。通过PEST模型分析,看清发展逆向物流是环境和时代的要求。
In order to focus reverse logistics by enterprises and to promote the development of reverse logistics, reverse logistics require to analyse the external environment, so adopts PEST model from the political, economic, social, technical to analyse the overall environment： environmental protection of social awareness to heighten and government departments to improve environmental law enforcement in the further increase; economy maintaining a more stable development of the situation, bringing opportunities and challenges for reverse logistics; on vigorously promoting circular economy, the emergence of reverse logistics can make up for a one-way operation of the forward logistics model defects; innovative new technologies for environmental protection, built centralized recycling center, information technology and improved information systems for enterprises to provide a guarantee for the implementation of reverse logistics. Through the analysis of PEST model, we learn that the development of reverse logistics is the requirements of environment and the times.
