辽宁汉族人群5个miniSTR基因座遗传多态性 被引量:2

摘要 PCR扩增高度多态性STR基因座检测技术是目前法医学个人识别及亲权鉴定的主要方法,但对于微量和降解检材的检验效果仍不够理想。miniSTR技术设计的引物更靠近核心序列,其等位基因片段长度更短,更利于微量及降解检材的检验,国内外均有相关研究和应用的报道^[1-4]。本文对辽宁汉族人群5个miniSTR基因座遗传多态性进行调查,以期为相关研究和实践提供基础数据。
