摘要
目的:总结临床药师开展药学服务的工作经验,探索药学服务的新切入点。方法:临床药师在药物治疗方案的优化、药物相互作用的干预、药源性疾病的诊断和对病人进行用药教育等方面发挥重要作用,通过药物咨询、药学查房和参加会诊等方式提供药学服务。结果和结论:临床药师全面开展药学服务,有效促进临床安全、合理用药。
Objective： To summarize the working experience of clinical pharmacists and explore new entry point of carrying out pharmaceutical care. Methods： Clinical pharmacists play an important role in optimizing treatment regimens,interfering drug interactions,diagnosing drug-induced diseases, and providing medication education for patients. They provide pharmaceutical care in pharmaceutical consultation, pharmaceutical ward-round and group consultations. Results and Conclusion： Pharmaceutical care carried out by clinical pharmacists can effectively enhance the level of safe and rational use of drugs.
