摘要
目的:探讨药学服务对心肌梗死合并糖耐量异常病人用药依从性和血糖控制的影响。方法:以292例有心肌梗死病史的病人为研究对象,对其中无糖尿病病史的病人行口服葡萄糖耐量(简称糖耐量)试验检查。通过筛查,入选糖耐量异常病人102例,采用随机双盲法分为试验组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组病人接受常规心肌梗死的治疗,试验组病人接受常规心肌梗死的治疗和药师提供的药学服务。两组病人随访时均接受了有关药学服务内容的问卷测试,将测试结果进行统计学分析,并分别记录干预前和干预1年后两组病人的用药依从性和生化指标。结果:干预前,试验组和对照组病人用药依从性和生化指标无统计学差异;干预1年后,试验组病人用药依从性显著高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务能提高心肌梗死合并糖耐量异常病人的用药依从性,加强血糖控制。
Objective： To explore the influence of pharmaceutical care on medication compliance and blood glucose control of patients with myocardial infarction combined with impaired glucose tolerance.Methods： Two hundred and ninety-two patients diagnosed as myocardial infarction were chosen as the objects of this study,and the patients without history of diabetes were given oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT）.After OGTT,102 patients with impaired glucose tolerance were divided into the test group and the control group（n=51） by randomized double-blind method.The patients in the control and test group received conventional treatment of myocardial infarction,while the patients in the test group received pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacists.In the follow up,all the patients had questionnaires about the content of pharmaceutical care and the results were statistically analyzed.The medication compliance and biochemical indexes before intervention and 1 year after intervention were recorded.Results： Before intervention,the medication compliance of patients in the two groups had no significant differences.One year after the intervention,the medication compliance of the patients in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.The levels of fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the patients in the test group decreased significantly,compared with those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Pharmaceutical care could improve the medication compliance and strengthen the blood glucose control of patients with myocardial infarction combined with impaired glucose tolerance.
