摘要
目的:通过临床药师参与查房、进行病例分析及用药咨询等,探索基层医院药学服务的工作方式。方法:临床药师在药物治疗方案的优化、药物相互作用的干预及对患者进行用药教育等方面提供药学服务。结果:临床药师发挥药学专业专长解决了患者治疗过程中的用药难题,减少了不合理用药。结论:临床药师全面开展药学服务,可提高患者用药的依从性、临床治疗效果及安全性。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the pharmaceutical service mode in primary hospitals through clinical pharrrkacist＇ ward rounds, case analysis and drug counseling. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical services in optimization of drug therapeutic regimen, intervention on drug interactions and medication education among patients. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists contributed to reduction of non-rational use of drugs by taking advantage of their expertise in pharmacy to solve the problems encountered by patients in drug use. CONCLUSION： The comprehensive pharmaceutical services carried out by clinical pharmacists improved patients＇ medication compliance, clinical therapeutic efficacy and safety.
