摘要
加强行政管理队伍专业化建设,是保证高职院校各项工作顺利开展的关键。然而,目前高职院校存在对行政管理队伍专业化重视程度不够,薪酬管理制度不够完善的问题。为此,高职院校应从转变行政管理队伍专业化发展的观念,规范行政管理队伍用人标准,加强行政管理人员的职业培训入手,切实加强行政管理队伍建设。
To strengthen the construction of professional administrative staff is the key for assuring the smooth development of higher vocational and technical schools.However,there exist some problems in the management of professional administrative staff in higher vocational schools,such as don＇t paying enough attention and imperfect salary system.Therefore,higher vocational and technical schools should transform the view on professional development,regulate appointment system and strengthen vocational training for administrative staff of higher vocational schools.
