高校科技产业是构建国家创新体系不可或缺的力量,高校科技管理人员作为最基本的因素,其专业化水平对高校科技发展有着重要影响。以专业化理念与内涵的丰富和发展为助推器,以专业组织机构为依托,以专业制度为规范,以继续教育为主要方式,推进高校科技管理人员专业化发展。
Construction of S ＆ T industry is an indispensable force for the national innovation system. University management staff, as the most fundamental factor, has an important impact on the professional level of the development of university science and technology. The paper puts forward the following suggestions to promote the professional development of university science and technology management staff： enriching the concept and connotation of specialization, relying on professional organizations, standardizing professional system, and taking continuing education as the main way.
