基于模糊控制算法的膀胱肿瘤治疗液温的研究

摘要 近年来,针对膀胱肿瘤的热疗法取得了很大进展。针对膀胱肿瘤的治疗,文中研制一种既能实现医疗效果、成本又相对低廉的热灌注治疗仪。文中先介绍治疗仪的模拟仿真系统,然后介绍基于嵌入式系统的温度控制系统,具体阐述了温度控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。针对传统温度控制系统建模困难、控制性能较差的特点,阐述了模糊控制的思想和方法。实践表明,模糊控制方法提高了温度控制的快速性、稳定性和精确性。该治疗仪系统在模拟仿真阶段已取得良好的效果,现在正准备用于进一步的动物临床实验。 In the recent years, hyperthermia for bladder cancer has made great progress. For treating the bladder cancer, a hyperthermia instrument is presented, which not only can achieve the objectives of medical treatment but also costs less. The paper firstly introduces the simulation system, then introduces the temperature control system based on embedded systems, and specifically presents the hardware and software design of the temperature control system. Aimed at the difficulties in building the models and the weakness on the control performance in traditional temperature control system, it presents fuzzy control algorithm. The practice results show that the fuzzy control improved the feasibility and precision of the system. The instrument system obtains good results in the simulation phase. It can be used for further clinical trials.
