摘要 精确测量肿瘤部位的温度是热疗装置的关键技术之一.目前对测温方法的讨论,较多集中在电磁场干扰问题,对温度示值的误差问题未得到足够的重视,有的数据未标明误差,致使参考意义很受限制.针对上述问题,根据热疗原理和测温精度要求,分析了各种测温方法存在的问题、改进措施及国内外产品的性能指标;分析了提高温度示值精度的措施,并以实际数据为例证,论述了测温误差的估算问题. The precise measurement of temperature in tumor is one of the key techniques in hyperthermia therapy equipment. Many discussions of methodologies for temperature measurement focus on the disturbance of electro-magnetic field, but fewer pay attention to the error displays of temperature measurement and the errors of rome experimental data are not given, which make the reference to those experiments very limited. On the basis of the theorem of hyperthermia therapy and the precision requirement of temperature measurement, the existing problems were analyzed for the various methodologies, the technical specifications and precision were compared for the home and broad equipments, and the improving measures were proposed. Examples were also given to describe the estimation of errors.
