摘要
目的：寻找中药密蒙花（Ｂｕｄｄｌｅｉａｏｆｆｉｃｉｎａｌｉｓ）的抗菌消炎成分。方法：用色谱法对花蕾的亲脂性化学成分进行分离。结果：共分离得到６个化合物：齐墩果－１３（１８）－烯－３－酮（１），δ－香树脂醇（２），大戟烷－８，２４－二烯－３－醇乙酸酯（３），α－菠甾醇（４），半乳糖醇（５）和香豆酸（６）。结论：所有化合物均为首次从该植物分得，化合物１是首次从天然界中获得。
Objective:To research on the antibacterial constituents from the flowers of Buddleia offici-nalis.Methods:Some compounds were isolated and identified by the repeated chromatagraphy and anal- ysis of spectral data. Results:Six compounds were obtained from soluble-petroleum ether fraction as olean-13(18)-ene-3-one(1),δ-amyrin (2),euph-8,24-diene-3-y1 acetate(butyrospermyl acetate,3),α-spinasterol(4),glactitol(5)and vanillic acid(6). Conclusion:All the compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time and compound 1 was isolated as a natural product for the first time.
