摘要
目的:寻找中药密蒙花(Buddleiaofficinalis)的抗菌消炎成分。方法:用色谱法对花蕾的亲脂性化学成分进行分离。结果:共分离得到6个化合物:齐墩果-13(18)-烯-3-酮(1),δ-香树脂醇(2),大戟烷-8,24-二烯-3-醇乙酸酯(3),α-菠甾醇(4),半乳糖醇(5)和香豆酸(6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物分得,化合物1是首次从天然界中获得。
Objective:To research on the antibacterial constituents from the flowers of Buddleia offici-nalis.Methods:Some compounds were isolated and identified by the repeated chromatagraphy and anal- ysis of spectral data. Results:Six compounds were obtained from soluble-petroleum ether fraction as olean-13(18)-ene-3-one(1),δ-amyrin (2),euph-8,24-diene-3-y1 acetate(butyrospermyl acetate,3),α-spinasterol(4),glactitol(5)and vanillic acid(6). Conclusion:All the compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time and compound 1 was isolated as a natural product for the first time.
