摘要
介绍和分析了通过煤耗在线检测系统(PDAS)获取机组耗量特性曲线的具体方法:计算机组负荷率、主蒸汽流量、主蒸汽压力、主蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽温度、排烟温度和排烟氧量7个指标在某一时段内的变化量来判断机组稳定工况;优化耗量特性数据,进行数据"二次"重构;机组耗量特性曲线拟合,保持耗量特性曲线与机组实际情况同步,更真实地放映机组经济性能;建立基于动态规划法的厂级负荷优化分配计算模型;设计了基于煤耗在线系统的厂级负荷优化分配系统。PDAS投入到实际应用,可以达到真正意义的节能减排。
The specific method for obtaining consumption characteristics curve of units by PDAS is introduced and analyzed: stable operating condition of units is determined by variance of load rate calculation, main steam flow, pressure, tempera- ture, reheat steam temperature, temperature and oxygen content of exhaust smoke in a period of time; consumption charac- teristic data is optimized for "secondary" data reconstruction; consumption characteristic curves are fitted and synchroniza- tion between consumption characteristic curve and practical situation to truly reflect economic performance of units; calcula- tion model for optimized load distribution based on dynamic programming is established; optimized load distribution based on online system for coal consumption. The application of PDAS can achieve energy cones rvation and emission reduction i. real sense.
