摘要
回顾厂级监控信息系统(SIS)发展的7a所经历的6个具有特别意义的标志性事件。7a中统一了SIS概念,制订了SIS标准,取得了一些SIS应用经验和效果。指出目前应进入积极稳妥推广应用SIS的新时期。进入这一新时期面临两大问题应特别引起重视:一是SIS的基本应用功能应与系统同期投入,早期提出SIS分两步走的策略已不适应当前实际,应当修正。没有应用功能的硬软件平台和数据库系统不能称为SIS;二是各大发电集团应肩负起规范SIS市场的职责,在系统内SIS类型和供货厂家不宜过多,应优选若干家优秀的SIS厂家,防止SIS系统五花八门、良莠不齐、不便管理。
This paper reviews the six symbolic events with special significance experienced over seven-year's development of plant level supervisory information system (SIS), including unifying the concept of SIS, constituting the standards of SIS, and gaining some application experience and effects of SIS. Now, SIS should enter a new stage of dissemination and application, in which special attention should be paid to two big problems. First, the basic application functions of SIS should be commissioned simultaneously with the system instead of commissioned in two steps as suggested earlier. The hardware and software platform and database system can't be called SIS without application function. Second, every large power generation group should undertake the responsibility of normalizing SIS market. The types of equipment and suppliers of SIS serving electric power sectors should not be excessive, in case difficulties would be met in equipment and supplier selection and management.
