摘要
目的 :建立新新肝康片的质量标准。方法 :采用TCL法对五味子、丹参、板蓝根进行定性鉴别 ,用薄层扫描法分别测定五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。结果 :五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量分别为0 602mg/g、0 376mg/g,回收率为96 89 %、96 68 %。结论 :TCL法作为该制剂质量控制方法 ,简单快速、稳定可靠。
OBJECTIVE:To set up the quality standards for Xinxin Gankang tablet(XXGK).METHODS:Fructus schisandrae and radix salvia miltiorrhizae were identified by TCL method.The contents of deoxyschizandrin and anshinone ⅡA in XXGK ere determined by thin-layer chromatography.RESULTS:The contents of deoxyschizandrin and anshinone ⅡA were 0 602mg/g,0 376mg/g respectively and the recovery rates were 96 89% and 96 65% respectively.CONCLUSION:The methods in this article are stable and reliable,simple and rapid,which can be used as the index of quality control.
