摘要
临床中已采用了许多方法来评价膝关节损伤后的膝功能和治疗疗效 ,有些方法仅基于病人的症状 ,而有些方法既包含病人的症状 ,也包含活动能力和检查结果。在已有报道的评价方法中以评定量表的形式最为多见。本文简要介绍了各类膝损伤后的评价方法 ,尤其是在临床上较常用的膝量表评价法。
Many different methods have been used to evaluate the knee function after knee joint injuries and the period of treatment in the clinic, some of which are based on the symptom of the patients, some of which are, however, based on both the symptom of the patients and their activity grading, clinical findings. The knee scoring scale is most widely used among the evaluating methods reported. It is introduced that the methods of evaluating the knee function after knee injuries, especially the one of evaluating the knee scoring scale which is used more often in the clinic.
