摘要
关节炎的评价应在康复治疗前、治疗告一阶段及康复结束后等不同时间多次进行,目的在于了解功能状态、制定和调整康复计划、评价康复疗效。评价内容大致可分为关节炎严重程度的评价、关节基本功能的评价及关节炎患者日常生活能力及健康状态的评价等3个部分。该文列举了这3个部分的一些评价内容。
The assessment of arthritis should be carried on before,after,and during the rehabilitation treatment.The aims are realizing the functional status,making and adjusting rehabilitation plan, and evaluating the effect of the course.The content of assessment includes the assessment of arthritis severity,joint basic function,daily living activity and health status.The paper gives some examples of these three parts.
