摘要
[目的]探讨大黄蛰虫丸的抑瘤作用及其对S180荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞介素4(IL-4)表达的影响。[方法]建立小鼠克洛氏(S180)肉瘤动物模型,分别灌服高、中、低剂量的大黄蛰虫丸及环磷酰胺后,采用ELISA法检测S180荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量。[结果]大黄蛰虫丸方高、中、低剂量对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别50.00%、41.95%和31.03%。大黄蛰虫丸方高、中、低剂量组与模型组比较,S180荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量明显减少(P<0.05)。[结论]大黄蛰虫丸可通过降低荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量而发挥抑瘤作用,为其在临床应用提供了一定的实验和理论依据。
[ Objective ] To study the anti - tumor effect and the influence of the level of IL - 4 by the Dahuang Zhechong Pill. [Method] Establishing the animal model of crowe＇s （S180） sarcoma as the mice model, dividing tumor - burdened mice into Dahuang Zhechong Pill high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group. The level of IL -4 from bearing sarepma - 180 was determined by enzyme -linked immunosor- bent assay （ELISA）. [ Results] The inhibition rate to the tumor - burdened tumors in the mice of Dahuang Zhechong Pill high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group to 50.00% , 41.95% and 31.03% respectively , there is significant difference compared with model group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） , especially with Dahuang Zhechong Pill high - dosage group obviously ; Dahuang Zhechong Pill can obviously decrease the level of IL -4（P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Dahuang Zhechong Pill has conspicuous inhibitory effect to the grows of tumor - bearing mice sarcoma - 180 tumor and shows anti - tumor function by decreasing the level of IL -4.
