摘要
住院医师和专科医师培训对提升临床医师的临床技能水平、提高医疗质量发挥着重要作用。作者结合我国开展住院医师／专科医师培训的现状和特点，对其意义及作用、二者的关系和并轨时面临的问题作简要分析，提出二者并轨时的对策和建议：培训经费纳入政府常规预算、建立完善的组织管理体系、加强培训基地建设、明确培训目标、内容和计划、研究生也纳入培训对象、加强临床技能培训和考核、建立完善的配套政策和实施专科医师准入制度等。
The standardized training of residents and the specialist training play important roles in improving the clinical skills of clinicians and the quality of health care. In light of the actuality and characteristic of the standardized training of residents and specialist training in China, the paper briefly analyzes the significance and effect of the two training systems and the relationship between them. Furthermore, it sets forth several considerations on their combination and gives some countermeasures and advices： to bring the training outlay into the government finance budget, to establish perfect management system, to enhance the construction of training base, to definitize the aim, content and project of training, to absorb the postgraduate to training, to strengthen the training and examination of clinical skills, to establish the supporting policy system, and to implement the admittance system of medical specialist.
