感染血吸虫对1型糖尿病保护性机制研究进展

The Protective Mechanism of Schistosomes to Type 1 Diabetes

摘要 目前认为CD4+T细胞调节功能的失衡是1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus T1DM)发病的中心环节,Th1亚群主要介导致病性的免疫反应,而Th2亚群主要介导保护性的免疫反应。辅助性T细胞的缺失是免疫耐受破坏的基础,IL-17可加重糖尿病病情。T1DM个体感染血吸虫后Th1/Th2免疫偏移,可减轻胰岛细胞损害程度以及降低血糖水平,对TIDM的防治提供了新的思路。 The regulatory function imbalance of CD4 + T cells is considered as the central link in oneset type 1 diabetes (T1DM). Thl subsets mainly mediate pathogenic immune response and Th2 subsets mainly mediate protective immune response. The absence of regulatory T cell is the basis of immune tolerance damage. IL - 17 may increases the diabetic condition. The Thl/Th2 im- mune deviation after T1DM individuals are infected by schistosomes can reduce the extent of islet cell damage and decrease blood glu- cose levels, which provides a new way of prevention and treatment of T1DM.
