粤菜是中餐菜系中很大的一个菜系,在中餐中很具代表性。粤菜厨师的创新思维前卫,而且大胆,使得粤菜的发展创新速度很快;粤菜具有中华文化里面包容的特点,所以在西餐进入中国后,带来了很多新式的烹调方法,被粤菜师傅所学习使用,对粤菜的发展创新影响极大。
Cantonese cuisine is a very important and typical part of Chinese cuisine. And the chef's creative thinking and avant-garde invention contribute to the Cantonese cuisine's rapid development. Cantonese cuisine has a very comprehensive character which generated from Chinese culture. So when the western-style food came to China, it brings a series of new cooking skills which have been used by the Cantonese cuisine's chef, and also plays a very important role for the Cantonese cuisine's innovation and development.
