摘要
创新型人才的培养,特别是注重培养学生的创新意识及创新技能,是高等教育必须关注的重要课题。创新型人才的培养,首先要培养学生的创新思维。该文结合实践经验,对在课堂教学中培养食品专业本科生的创新思维进行了探索和总结。
Cultivation of creative talents,especially the development of students＇ innovative awareness and skills,were the key project in higher education.Cultivating creative cogitation of university student majored in food science in classroom teaching was discussed and summarized.
