摘要
以西门子的S7-300系列PLC为硬件配置核心,配以相应的传感器、变送器、电动执行机构与中间继电器作为整个系统的硬件设施;采用西门子的STEP7 V5.4编程软件为下位机组态核心,进行监控程序开发;MCGS软件为上位机组态核心,建立起反映监控系统静态结构和动态特征的模型,设计出一套功能完善、界面友好、性能可靠的制粉监控系统。
Siemens S7-300 PLC is adopted as core of hardware configuration,together with corresponding sensors,transmitters,actuators and relays;What more,the programming software of Siemens STEP7 V5.4 is made as core of lower computer configuration to develop program of monitoring system;In addition,the configuration software of MCGS is dictated as core of host computer configuration to construct model that reflects static structure and dynamic characteristics.On the fundunction of these,a monitoring system which is functional,user-friendly,and reliable is designed.
