摘要
近几年,点检制作为设备管理的一种策略受到重视,并得到推广应用。实行点检就是为了能及时、准确的判断在运设备的劣化趋势状态,在保证设备安全稳定运行的前提下,合理经济地开展设备的维修、检修。点检制的正常开展必须依赖于富有经验的点检人员、合理科学的点检方式,两者缺一不可。点检方式是规范的,但同时是变化的,在严格执行常规点检的基础上,根据设备的在线运行具体情况,来确定是否需要进行特殊点检。实践证明,点检制的正常开展对设备安全、经济运行有着直接的效果,是进一步开展状态检修的必要前提。
As a strategy for equipment management, spot inspection has been attached importance and popularized in recent years. On the precondition for ensuring facilities running safely and stably, spot inspection put into practice for judging the condition tendency of the operating equipments timely and correctly, but also can make the maintenance and overhaul to installations economical. The experienced staffs and the scientific methods are the two most important things for spot inspection being normally carried out. Because spot inspection is a normative method while being also a changeable one, whether the special spot inspection is put up or not must be decided by the specific states of the running equipments on basis of the normal spot inspection being executed strictly. To our company, spot inspection has a direct effects on the safe and economical running of equipments and is a necessary prerequisite for the condition maintenance further developing, which can be proved by our practices.
