摘要
煤矿主扇风机在线监控系统采用上位机和下位机的模式。下位机采用操作简单、性能可靠的可编程序控制器(PLC)采集主扇风机的各个参数并进行显示报警等控制。为了保证风机监测系统的可靠性和实时性,开发了一套基于VC++和SQL Server上位机监控系统。监控软件系统和数据采集与处理的硬件系统通过RS-485总线连接。计算机网络中的其他计算机也可以通过监控主机的转发看到风机的监控界面。
Upper computer and lower computer mode is used in on-line monitoring system of mine main fan.The simple,reliable PLC is used in the lower computer to capture the various parameters of the main fan and the alarm and control are displayed to ensure the fan monitoring system reliability and real-time.This paper develops a upper computer control system based on VC＋ ＋ and SQL Server.Its monitoring software system,data acquisition and processing hardware system are connected through RS-485 bus.Other computers in the computer network can also be transmitted by monitoring the host to see the fan control interface.
