手术室护士职业应激与智力效率及工作满意度关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]调查北京市"三甲"医院手术室护士职业应激现状,分析其与智力效率及工作满意度之间的关系,为降低手术室护士职业应激状况、提高其智力效率及工作满意度提供依据。[方法]采用Gough编制的智力效率量表、Karasek的工作内容量表、工作满意度量表以及自编问卷,对北京市8所"三甲"医院123名手术室护士进行调查。[结果]北京市"三甲"医院手术室护士职业应激发生率为54.5%,职业应激组护士智力效率、工作满意度显著低于非职业应激组护士(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析发现,决策自主度、工作心理需求以及上司支持都是智力效率和工作满意度的显著影响因素,分别可以解释职业应激这一因变量的31.3%和36.7%的方差。[结论]手术室护理人员职业应激发生率高,管理部门应根据手术室护士职业特点采取积极措施,有效降低护理人员职业应激,提高效率。
