摘要
从护理工作应激症状、研究工具、应激源、影响因素和护理工作应激预防及应对方式方面,对国内外有关护理工作应激的研究进行综述。
It summarized studies on stress of rdated nursing work both in China and in abroad from aspects of stress symptoms and research tools of nursing work, stressors, influencing factors, prevention and coping style of nursing work stress.
