摘要
目的 探讨优秀医学科技工作者所具有的人格结构特质。方法 在采用三盲法测试的基础上 ,71名优秀医学工作者和其对照组接受CPI人格量表的测试。结果 优秀医学科技工作者与对照组在支配性、独立性、自我控制、社会化、同众性、适意感、顺从成就、独立成就、自我实现水平方面存在着明显的差异 ,F(1,12 9)≥ 6 85 ,P ≤ 0 0 1但在进取心、社交能力、社交风度、自我接受、通情、责任心、好印象、智力效率、心理感受性、灵活性等人格特质方面则无明显的差异。
Objective To explore the structure of personality traits of medical elite in Armed Police Forces.Methods Based on tripleblind procedure 71 medical elite and controls from different medical institutions or hospitals in Shaanxi were tested with California Psychological Inventory (CPI).Results Significant differences between the elite group and its controls were found in some personality traits such as dominance,independence,self-control,socialization,communality,sense of well-being,achievement via conformance,achievement via independence,and self-actualization,withF(1,129)≥6 85,P≤0.01.Conclusions Some personality traits play an important role in the career development and achievement of medical elite.
