摘要
以某大型门式启闭机为对象,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,按实际结构和工况对其进行静力特性和模态分析,从强度和静态刚性两方面对该门式启闭机门架结构设计方案进行评价,并根据固有频率和振型,提出了该门式启闭机应当避免的工作条件建议.
Taking the gate hoist as an object, the static characteristics analysis and modal analysis are made with the finite element analysis software ANSYS according to the actual structure and working conditions of the gate hoist, evaluating the design proposal from its intensity and stiffness, and providing the advices to avoid some working conditions based on its natural frequency and mode shapes.
