门式启闭机门架的有限元分析及结构改进

摘要 针对亭子口泵站的2×1 600 k N单向门式启闭机门架,应用Pro/Engineer软件建立了初步设计的门式启闭机门架的几何模型,在Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类载荷按实际情况组合成的7种不利工况下,由有限元分析软件ANSYS对门架结构的应力和变形进行分析.结果表明,该门架出现挠度超过许用值的现象,此研究结果为结构改进提供了理论依据.目前经过改进设计的门架已经过调试和现场负荷试验,运行良好. For the portal frame of 2 × 1 600 kN one-way gantry crane in Tingzikou pumping station,the software Pro / Engineer was used to establish the geometric model of preliminary design,and the stress and deformation of the portal frame of gantry crane were analyzed by the software ANSYS under 7 kinds of unfavorable combining conditions of the second kind of loads and the third kind of loads.The results show that the deflection of the portal frame exceeds the allowable value,and that provides a theoretical basis for improving the structure.At present,the improved portal frame has been debugged and done on-site load experiments,the results show the portal frame runs well.
