摘要
以某特大跨度门式起重机为研究对象,用有限元法对其在各种工况下的结构强度、刚度和稳定性进行了计算机仿真计算。由于该起重机主梁和支腿均为变截面空间桁架结构,难以用起重机设计规范规定的近似计算方法进行设计计算,故本文提出的计算方法可为其他大跨度非标准设计的门式起重机结构设计提供参考。
In this paper,an especially big span gantry crane is studied.By using the finite element analysis, its structural strength,stiffness and stability under many situations are calculated by computer stimulation.The results of the calculation can be used for the structural design and safe operation.As the crane's main girder and support legs is trussed beams of changeable cross sections, it's difficult to in the structure design using the approximate method by the design specifications of the cranes. Therefore,the method suggested by the author can be used for reference in the nonstandard design of other big span gantry cranes.
