摘要
冻结是食品冷加工的重要部分,可较长时间的保存食品。为满足不同食品的冻结要求、减少设备的占地面积、提高传热效率,设计开发了超声波速冻装置;同时,为了实现超声波在速冻装置领域的通用型,创新设计了低频超声波装置可供用户选用。
Freezing, for long time store of food, is an important part in food cold processing. In order to meet with requirements of foods, reduction of land occupation and heat transfer efficiency increasing, the ultrasonic method Freezer has been developed and designed. As An option, the innovative low frequency ultrasonic device has been designed,so it is universal for quick -freezing machine field.
