摘要
介绍了月季组织培养的研究概况,阐述了影响月季组织培养的主要因素,其中对外植体的选择及灭菌、启动培养和继代增殖以及生根培养中的培养基及激素的选择、组培苗移栽等相关研究进行综述,并讨论了月季组织培养中存在的问题。
Research survey about influence factors on tissue cuhure of rose were introduced. The major factors that affected the rose tissue culture were described in detail, such as selection and sterilization of explants, medium compositions and hormone concentration during the course of initiation, multiplication and rooting culture, transfer of plantlet. Furthermore, the problems existing in the tissue culture of rose were discussed.
