摘要
目的:研究气囊导尿管不同拔管方法对男性病人拔管后舒适度的影响。方法:2009年2月～2011年6月,我院心胸外科、胃肠外科手术后留置气囊导尿管男性病人150例,随机分为A组、B组、C组各50例,A组采用自制多功能气囊导尿管,拔出尿管时先注入石蜡油5 ml+地塞米松5 mg+2%利多卡因5 ml+生理盐水5 ml;B组按常规拔除导尿管;C组采用气囊回注少量液体与排尿脱管方法,分别观察三组病人疼痛程度和拔尿管后排尿情况。结果:三组病人疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义。拔管后排尿情况:A组发生尿路刺激症比B组和C组少,差异有统计学意义。结论:A组拔管方法可以减轻病人痛苦,减轻其拔管后并发症,提高病人的舒适度。
Objective：To explore the effect of different method of removing catheter with inflation bag towards comfort of male patients.Methods：150 cases of thoracic and gastrointestinal surgical patients were randomly divided into 3 group.Group A：50 cases,all the patients were treated with the three cavities catheter with inflation bag.Before the catheters were pulled out,5ml paraffin oil,dexamethasone 5mg,5ml saline and 2% lidocaine 5ml were injected into the catheters.Group B：50 cases,the patients were removed catheter with inflation bag by normal method.Group C：50 cases,catheter with inflation bag were pulled out along with micturition.The degree of pain and the function of unrinate after extubation were observed in each groups.Results：The degree of pain in the three groups was significantly different.In group A,the incidence of urinary tract irritation was significantly less than it in group B and group C,the difference was significantly.Conclusion：In group A the new extubation method can not only reduce the pain of patients and the complications after extubation but also improve the comfort of patients.
