摘要
目的 了解烧伤科护士对在临床中实施疼痛管理的态度及实践现状。方法 采用问卷调查法 ,对 15所医院共 2 5 3名烧伤科护士进行调查 ,用SPSS 11.0软件包进行统计处理。结果 97.6%的护士认为有必要对疼痛患者采取有效的镇痛措施 ,当患者的疼痛程度≤ 5时 (使用 0～ 10痛尺 ) ,2 8.7%的护士能采取镇痛措施。结论 护理人员要加强疼痛知识的学习 ,树立积极处理患者疼痛的态度 ,有效控制患者的疼痛 。
Objective To understand the situation of nurses' attitude and behavior concerning pain.Methods A questionnaire was conducted among 253 nurses from burn departments of 15 hospitals by using SPSS11.0 for statistical analysis.Results 97.6% nurses felt it necessary to take effective analgesic measures for burn patients;28.7% nurses took pain control measures when the pain score was ≤5 points.Conclusion Nurses should learn more knowledge of pain and build up a positive attitude toward pain controlling so as to meet patients' requirement.
